What is ELF? Who is it for?

If there’s one thing that  2025 has made apparent, it’s that engineering teams have to be leaner and more efficient than ever before as budgets continue to be slashed in this current economic climate.  Even the most elite members of your teams will need to refine their skill sets and get more out of their current coworkers and tools.  

That’s why we’re convening engineering leaders from the Bay Area’s most innovative companies for an invite-only forum at Topgolf San Jose to ideate on the most pressing challenges at the intersection of engineering, cloud infrastructure, and cost optimization that are keeping us up at night.

It’s a rare opportunity to share your experience and challenges with other engineering leaders and hear key insights of how other leaders are driving their teams to be more productive even with reduced staff.
