User Management
DevZero provides several different ways to manage users for your organization:
- Individual user invites
- SSO based on email domain
- Okta integration
In order to invite users directly via email:
- Login to https://console.devzero.io/
- Click the gear icon, ⚙, in upper right
- Under “Organization Settings”, click “User Management”
- Click “Invite New Members” in upper right and follow instructions
- you can track status of user invites in this menu as well
- a user should get an email knowing they’ve been invited to DevZero
For easier onboarding, an organization can set up their account so that anybody with an email address from their company can login without needing to be invited. In order to set your company’s email domain, please reach out to your customer success manager or directly to support@devzero.io.
If you want to see the current setting for your SSO email domain:
- Login to https://console.devzero.io/
- Click the gear icon, ⚙, in upper right
- Under “Organization Settings”, click “Company Info”
